We offer free shipping and cover all import duties for EU orders. This includes:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Note: We do not ship to Malta, Cyprus, or non-mainland islands of EU countries.

Processing Time
In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days, unless noted otherwise on the product page. If we can’t dispatch within 5 business days, we’ll let you know right away.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2–9 business days.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. See our Refund Policy.

We've got you covered. Every e-bike, scooter, and motorcycle comes with a 1-year warranty for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.

Just keep in mind, it doesn't cover accidental damage, water, or misuse.
