Rooder 12-Month Limited Warranty

Rooder products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

  • Frame & motor: 12 months from purchase date

  • Battery: 6 months from purchase date

What’s Not Covered

  • Accessories, wear parts, and consumables

  • Normal battery capacity loss over time

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, water, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications

  • Products bought from third-party retailers (e.g., Walmart, Amazon) — please contact them directly for support

How to File a Claim
Submit claims to rooder@roodergroup.com within the warranty period. Include proof of purchase and clear photos or video of the issue. We may help troubleshoot first.

Valid claims will receive free replacement parts. Visual evidence is required before any replacements are issued.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. Claims after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Repairs & Replacements
We provide free replacement parts for eligible warranty repairs. Free accessories scratched or damaged during shipping are not eligible for replacement or compensation.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rooder is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use. Some regions may not allow this limitation.

Refurbished Products
Refurbished items are sold “as-is” at a discount, with no warranty, returns, or after-sales support. Any repairs after purchase are the buyer’s responsibility. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
